TIACA opening Central Asia International High-Level Conference “Central Asia in the System of International Transport Corridors: Strategic Perspectives and Unrealized Opportunities” to be held on September 20-21 in Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan.
First Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman or the Organizing Committee Mr. Achilbay Ramatov sent an official invitation the SG TIACA and outlined the goal of the conference which is to review the issues of efficient and mutually beneficial use of international transport corridors and the formation of a single integrated transport space in Central Asia.
It is expected that the conference will be a significant step towards creating a regional consultation mechanism for discussing pressing problems in the transport sector of Central Asia and developing mutually acceptable solutions for them.

TIACA Secretary General will participate in the programme and will hold a series of meetings with the officials and aviation/logistics community there.
During the event, issues of effective and mutually beneficial use of international transport corridors, formation of a single, branched and outwardly integrated transport space in Central Asia will be discussed to strengthen interrelations based on mutual trust and good-neighborliness.
The aim of the event will be further development of the dialogue with international financial institutions, organizations, transport unions, as well as representatives of transport and logistics companies to develop existing and form new transport corridors.
