Kamesh Peri is an Aviation professional having 30 years of Senior Leadership experience.

Kamesh began his career in 1990 with Lufthansa Cargo in India and thereafter moved up the ranks over the years, working across various locations in Middle East, Europe, Africa & America by taking on different roles and responsibilities. In year 2006 Kamesh joined Menzies Aviation as Director India to set up and operate the Indian business for Cargo & Ground Handling. Between July2015 & August 2016 Kamesh also had an additional responsibility of VP Global Cargo. In Sep 2017 Kamesh moved on to be self-employed and subsequently worked as Consultant for reputed clients in Aviation industry providing advisory, strategy & implementation services. On 15Mar 2021 Kamesh joined Celebi Aviation as CEO, Delhi Cargo.

Kamesh has hands on experience in strategic planning, consulting, project management, business development, marketing & sales execution, cost management, budgeting, finance, procurement, customer service, staff training, supervision and mentoring. Kamesh has first-hand experience of setting up new cargo & ground handing business starting from partner evaluation, bid submission, project & pre-operations implementation and post commencement, of running the operations while owning and driving the business P&L.

Kamesh has operational deft in managing airport logistics including planning, hub operations, warehousing, logistic centre performance, airlines ground handling, flight operations, capacity co-ordination, dealing with charters & surface transport.

Kamesh has gained ability to achieve organisational integration, initiate new business opportunities, assimilate job requirements and employ new methodologies to design effective handling systems and enhance operational efficacy.

Kamesh has had the exposure to both independent and collaborative work environments and is at ease with cross-cultural, emerging & multiple responsibilities.

Kamesh is a graduate from Delhi University in Bachelor of Commerce (Hons). and holds MBA degree from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, UK.
