Trade Associations Urge ‘Uncontactable’ IATA to Play Fair Over CASS

FIATA International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations and The International Air Cargo Association TIACA have both urged International Air Transport Association (IATA) to review its financial security arrangements for CASS associates. Meanwhile, poor forwarders affected are struggling to get hold of the association – despite its pledges to “respond within eight hours”. (If only that was true of its media team too…)
