Hactl Appoints Frosti Lau as New Chief Executive

(Hong Kong, 22 April 2026) – Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) is pleased to announce that Frosti Lau Yi-sau has been appointed Chief Executive of Hactl with effect from 8th June 2026.
Frosti has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the aviation and air cargo sectors, working in markets including Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Australasia, Southeast Asia and Southern Africa. He joins from Cathay Pacific Airways, where he most recently served as Regional General Manager, Southeast Asia & Oceania. His previous roles at Cathay include Regional General Manager for the Southwest Pacific and General Manager for Cargo Service Delivery, during which he was also director of the airline’s subsidiary air cargo terminal.
His experience is spread across commercial and operational roles, including digital transformation, partnerships and talent development.

Frosti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from HKUST Business School, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, and a Master of Arts from the University of Hong Kong.
