George Groves
1999 Hall of Fame Recipient
During his 22 years with Air Cargo, Inc, George Groves, the retired president and CEO, developed motor carrier pick-up and delivery services for U.S. air carriers.
He expanded the service to Europe and provides Air Cargo, Inc. services through 15 line haul truckers. His leadership provided an intermodal network spanning two continents.
Air Cargo, Inc. now serves more than 500 airports, has contracts with 300 motor carriers, and provides both local and line haul truck service for U.S. and Canada.
