He was posted to Tokyo as Executive Vice President and Representative Director of TFK Corporation, a subsidiary of SATS, managing two joint venture inflight catering centres in Narita and Haneda airports.
He previously held the position of Vice President Production (SICC1), which handles all inflight catering meals of Singapore Airlines out of Singapore, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Airport inflight kitchen (a joint venture inflight catering centre in Beijing Capital International Airport), as well as being seconded to Air Macau to help set up the airline and several managerial and executive positions in catering admin, catering supplies SATS Human Resource and Airport Services departments in SATS Ltd.
