I am the current Director of Industry Affairs with UPS.  I have been with UPS for 26 years.  I am currently the Airline designee representing IATA for the CSC, CAC, IFCC, and the CPCMG.  In my previous role, as the Marketing, Pricing, and Systems Support Manager for UPS Air Cargo, I positively impact the revenue/yield by making sound pricing decisions for general, perishable, hazardous, and oversize cargo moving in the UPS network.  Managed a group of employees that create and maintain applications for cargo employees worldwide, ensuring compliance to corporate guidelines.  I have held various positions in Air Cargo for the past 24 years including Capacity Management Center (all shifts), Marketing, Sales Support, as well as Industry Affairs.
