Roos Bakker is an experienced professional in the aviation and aviation security industry with more than twenty years of expertise at airports. After her studies in Amsterdam, she began her career at Schiphol Airport, where she specialized in security and later in cargo. Over the past eight years, Roos has passionately dedicated herself to the air cargo sector and played a prominent role at TIACA (The International Air Cargo Association). Her involvement led her from Vice Chair to her current position as Chair Lady, through which she works hard to contribute to innovation and collaboration in the global air cargo industry.

Since 2025, Roos has been working at ICTS Europe/CTSN as Director of Business Development, where she uses her strategic vision and collaborative leadership to drive growth and innovation in the security and aviation sector. Her career reflects a continuous commitment to progress, sustainability, and international collaboration.
