Topic: Security Profile for the US Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program.
Description: The course is aimed at providing the tools and best practices to successfully complete the annual security profile submission. Participants will also learn best practices to encourage enhancement of security measures and implementing a culture of continuous improvement to maintain high security standards.
The course will cover:
- The significance of regularly updating the Security Profile to ensure continued compliance with CTPAT requirements and potential penalties for failing to meet the submission deadline.
- How to effectively update the security profile including accurately updating information related to security procedures, policies, and protocols to ensure all sections reflect current operations.
- Incorporating new security measures, such as updating the security profile with documentation of new security measures to demonstrate ongoing compliance and proactive security management.
- Best practices to encourage enhancement of security measures and implementing a culture of continuous improvement to maintain high security standards.
