Topic: Validations in the US Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program.
Description: This course equips employees with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully prepare for and undergo a validation as part of the CTPAT program.
Participants learn the essential steps and best practices for preparing for a validation, including guidance on compiling necessary documentation, utilizing technology for virtual validations, securing upper management support, and effectively communicating with their designated CTPAT Supply Chain Security Specialist (SCSS).
The training course will also cover what to expect during both in-person and virtual validations, including how to respond to SCSS questions and best practices for interacting with the SCSS throughout the validation process. Additionally, CTS will provide training on reviewing and addressing findings from validation reports, with a focus on implementing corrective actions into current company operations.
