People play a central role in airport activities. They perform a wide variety of tasks necessary for safe and efficient operations. 80% of apron accidents and incidents involve some form of human error or violation of company policies, processes, or procedures.

This online course provides participants with an introduction to the concept of human factors and helps them to increase their awareness of the impact of human performance on safety.
